Cedric has spent a lifetime developing his musical skills and production. He began playing bass as a teenager and quickly formed many bands while playing at his school and church. He became well rounded in jazz, worship music, and good ol rock n roll. Later he graduated from the University of North Texas with a master’s degree in jazz bass performance. He served as a music director for Valley Creek Church in the Dallas Ft. Worth metroplex as well as gigging with many bands in the area. While at Valley Creek he helped to pioneer the songwriting culture and was a co-producer for many of the church’s recording projects. In 2022 he made the move to Nashville. Currently he is the manager of the Rukkus Room Studio in Berry Hill, while also keeping a busy schedule of writing, producing, recording, and playing bass with the RnB band Deondra and 46 Story. You can rest assured he has the experience to help make your music hit the mark! Cedric lives with his beautiful wife Joy and hilarious son Deacon and their “cowboy corgie” Hazel.
